FilipinoVisa Refund Policy

Please understand that once FilipinoVisa has begun evaluations with you as our client, providing you assistance with planning, compiling and/or generating your petition, we have provided a valuable service and deserve compensation.  Part of the service we provide is pre-petition evaluation. Taking on a client requires us to compensate our best-in-industry advisors, and this is exactly what enables us to provide you the highest level of service. A full or partial refund may be available under certain conditions, as listed below. If you feel your case deserves special consideration, give us a call and explain your situation.

I. A full refund is available if all of the following are true:

  1. It is not more than 30 days since your purchase.
  2. You have not reached the 100% completion point as indicated by our records.
  3. You have not made use of our support personnel by asking questions, other than questions about our service and policies.
  4. You are not using our payment plan.

 

II. A partial refund may be available, at our discretion if all of the following are true:

  1. It is not more than 60 days since your purchase.
  2. You have not reached the 100% completion point, as indicated by our records.
  3. You have not made use of our support assets by asking questions, other than questions about our service and policies.
  4. You request a refund in writing through an internal support message or regular U.S. Mail.
  5. You are not using our payment plan.

 

III. The following is a partial list of circumstances that specifically do not entitle the user to a refund. This is not an exhaustive list and many other situations may exist that would not entitle you to receive a full or partial refund:

  1. Your petition has been completed.
  2. It has been more than 60 days since your purchase.
  3. You, the sponsor, decide you no longer want to pursue a petition with this person or at this time.
  4. The alien decides not to accept your petition.
  5. Your income does not qualify you as a sponsor.
  6. Illness or death of the sponsor or beneficiary.
  7. No refunds are available if you are using our payment plan.

 

IV. Payment Plan:

  1. Payments already made using our payment plan are never refundable for any reason.
  2. Future payments may be cancelled if:
    1. It is not more than 30 days since your purchase.
    2. You have not reached the 100% completion point as indicated by our records.
    3. You have not made use of our support personnel by asking questions, other than questions about our service and policies.
